REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued according to the conditions described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Once a returned item has been received and inspected, the refund is processed to the original payment method within ten working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Where an order was paid using more than one payment method, each portion will be refunded to the corresponding original payment method. Amounts paid using a gift card will be returned to the gift card.

For statutory returns from the EU or UK, amounts paid to us at checkout in connection with the returned item, including applicable duties, taxes and fees charged by us, will be included in the refund where required by law.

Delivery on the original order is complimentary, and therefore no original delivery charge is payable or refundable.

We will withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made only for eligible items returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not accepted. Custom-made or altered garments are non-refundable unless defective.

Return shipping:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Where we provide a prepaid return label, the direct cost of that return shipment will be deducted from the refund. Where the customer arranges the return independently, the return shipping cost must be paid directly by the customer.

In the case of damaged or incorrect items, ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS will refund the full amount, including shipping, after the issue has been verified.
