REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued according to the conditions described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Once a returned item has been received and inspected, the refund is processed to the original payment method within ten working days. Shipping costs from the original order are not refundable.

Refunds are made only for eligible items returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not accepted. Custom-made or altered garments are non-refundable unless defective.

In the case of damaged or incorrect items, ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS will refund the full amount, including shipping, after the issue has been verified.
