These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS website www.architekturofpants.com and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Availability
All garments are produced in limited quantities and crafted with care. While we make every effort to ensure that all product information, descriptions, and images are accurate, small variations in color, material, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our pieces. Availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform you and issue a full refund.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Shipping costs are added at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS does not store or have access to your credit card information.

Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. The contract is completed once your payment is processed and your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or errors in product information.

Shipping
All orders are shipped from Zurich, Switzerland. Delivery times and methods are described on our Shipping & Returns page. ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.

Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange process is outlined in detail on our Shipping & Returns page. Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery, and exchanges are complimentary within Switzerland. For EU customers, return shipping is at the customer’s expense, while the new item shipment is covered by ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS.

Product Care
Each piece is crafted using high-quality materials. We recommend following the care instructions included with your garment. ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, washing, or storage.

Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, texts, and other content on this website are the property of ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Liability
ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

Personal information collected during the ordering process is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data.

Governing Law
