All ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS pieces are shipped from our studio in Zurich, Switzerland. Each order is inspected, prepared by hand, and packaged with care before it leaves the atelier.
Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Shipping
Orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped with Swiss Post Priority. Delivery takes approximately two to three working days after dispatch and includes tracking. Shipping in Switzerland is complimentary.
Returns
Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS will arrange and provide the return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount. In the case of a faulty or incorrect item, ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten working days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Check out all the conditions regarding refunds.
Exchanges
Complimentary exchanges are available in Switzerland and Liechtenstein within 14 days of delivery, subject to item availability. ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS covers both the cost of returning the original item and shipping the replacement. To request an exchange, contact contact@architekturofpants.com with your order number and the desired size or style. Because our pieces are produced in limited quantities, replacement items cannot be reserved or guaranteed until the exchange has been confirmed.
European Union & United Kingdom
Shipping
We ship to all countries within the European Union and the UK using DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or local postal services. All EU & UK orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable handling fees are handled by ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery; the checkout price is the final amount including any customs duties. Standard delivery time is approximately four to six working days after order processing, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves one of our studios in Switzerland or Italy. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns

Please return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the preferred size or style. As our pieces are produced in limited quantities, availability cannot be guaranteed.

We also ship to Australia, Canada, the United States, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Norway, Iceland and Turkey.
Shipping costs for these destinations are calculated at checkout based on the rates provided by our delivery partners. All orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning all customs duties, import taxes, and applicable handling fees are handled by ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery; the checkout price is the final amount including any customs duties. Standard delivery time is approximately five to eight working days after order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared within two to four working days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified by email once your parcel is dispatched.
Packaging
Every piece is wrapped and packaged in Zurich using sustainable and recycled materials chosen to reflect the ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS world, quiet, tactile, and intentional.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact contact@architekturofpants.com within five days of delivery. Please include photographs. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Non-returnable Items
Custom-made or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
