Shipping & Returns

All ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS pieces are shipped from our studio in Zurich, Switzerland. Each order is inspected, prepared by hand, and packaged with care before it leaves the atelier.

Shipping within Switzerland
Orders within Switzerland are shipped with Swiss Post Priority. Delivery takes approximately two to three working days after dispatch and includes tracking and insurance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping within the European Union
We ship to all EU countries using DHL Express. Each parcel is sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP); all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are covered by ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS. Orders arrive with no additional charges on delivery. Standard delivery time is three to six working days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared within two to four working days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified by email once your parcel is dispatched.

Packaging
Every piece is wrapped and packaged in Zurich using sustainable materials chosen to reflect the ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS world, quiet, tactile, and intentional.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted. To request a return, contact contact@architekturofpants.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We want every piece to fit as it should. ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS offers complimentary exchanges within Switzerland; we cover the cost of the return and the new shipment. For European Union orders, exchanges are also available within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item, while ARCHITEKTUR OF PANTS covers the cost of sending the replacement. To request an exchange, contact contact@architekturofpants.com with your order number and the desired size or style. We will guide you through the process and arrange the shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact contact@architekturofpants.com within five days of delivery. Please include photographs where possible. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Non-returnable Items
Custom-made or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
